  I rented a home with 5 Star for my family's annual Christmas getaway. I chose this home because of the amazing description. Dreamscape Luxury Villa Big Bear. There was nothing high end or luxurious about this cabin. The furniture was filthy, full of stains as was the carpet. The kitchen flooring was cracked and missing tile ( very dangerous ). the stove did not work even after a technician was sent out ( ruined Christmas dinner ). The dryer was broken so we had to use the same towel for the entire stay since only 1 towel per guest was provided. The beds in the Master and secondary bedroom we're horrible. Felt like we were sleeping on a cement pad. My family paid a premium price for this luxury cabin during the Christmas holiday. We do this every Christmas so the money was not the issue. The poor condition of the home was. I will never rent through 5 Star Luxury vacation rental again!!!!

  My family and I just spent New Years in Big Bear at High Timber Log Estate. We were blown away by this beautiful home and it's surroundings. Five Star did a great job considering how busy it was up there and we will be back next year.
